Exceptional location and spacious accommodations
The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to various parts of Venice in just 15–20 minutes, and we enjoyed a lovely view of one of the smaller canals. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had unique touches like high ceilings and fantastic windows. Niko, our host, was responsive and very helpful during our stay. However, the shower was handheld only and struggled with consistent hot water, which could be improved.

The hotel boasts a beautiful canal view.
My stay was marred by inadequate air conditioning. The temperature in the Deluxe Suite was uncomfortably high, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to par, with loose fittings and a fridge that failed to chill drinks adequately.

The room we stayed in had a stunning canal view and was beautifully decorated. However, the loud creaking of the bed frames made for an interrupted sleep, and we experienced issues with waiting for hot water. Overall, it's a charming place, suitable for families but could use minor improvements for comfort.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
Charming decor and stunning canal views created a magical atmosphere, immersing us in Venice's rich history.
The shower was difficult for tall guests, lacking comfort which slightly affected our overall experience.

Can't beat the balcony over a canal! Watching gondolas glide by was simply enchanting. The room was very clean and the decor charming, complemented by the old Venetian feel. Monica was excellent, guiding us on dining and transportation.
Bathroom access.

The canal view from my room was stunning. Unfortunately, the shower had inconsistent hot water, which was frustrating.

The place is so charming with antique furniture, and our apartment had a lovely canal view that made mornings magical. There are cozy spots in the garden to relax, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The bathroom outside the room was a tiny hassle, but it didn't ruin our amazing stay at all. 😊
